Welcome to the USC Sidcup Function Suite

The newly refurbished Function Suite at the USC Sidcup is the ideal venue to host your event, whether you are looking for an informal party or a formal black-tie event, we can accommodate you.

CELEBRATIONS: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Award ceremonies, family celebrations or get-togethers, the events team will sit with you to offer full management of your event, inspiration, advise or to simply build your event to your instruction.

USC will also be offering a full catering service offering a full selection of buffet finger or fork menus, grazing table, picnic setting, BBQ, hog roast, to a bespoke build your own menu, working with you and within your budget. Please note we do not allow any outside food to be consumed on the premises.

To compliment your event, the event team will be responsible for dressing the venue, we are able to offer a huge selection of event packages including balloons, flowers, bespoke displays, back-drops, personal drink menus, photo booths, large free standing illuminated letters / numbers, personalised vinyl’s and much more. Once your event date is confirmed, and your deposit has been received, we will contact you direct to discuss your requirements.

WEDDINGS: We can host your wedding day, so when you have said your vowels, you and your guests simply make your way to the Function Suite, various packages available upon request, minimum booking of 60 people for sit down wedding breakfast.

DAY HIRE: We offer day hire of the Function Suite to meet both formal or informal business needs, business breakfast networking events, privately run gym classes to include ZUMBA, YOGA, Step Aerobics, Slimming Clubs and children day nursery classes.

Prices will be quoted on request, prices will be quoted per head and a minimum of 60 people will be required for any wedding, black tie or formal sit-down event.

• 'Well, what can we say!? Our wedding reception was held at Sidcup & Foots Cray United Services Club on the 3rd of June 2023 and it was amazing! The newly decorated function room was a wonderful place to host all of our guests and the bar is stocked with everything you could need.

• We had Tina handle our event and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The timing was great, the food spread was outstanding, and the night was fantastic.

• We opted for the BBQ buffet and it did not disappoint, there was plenty for all of our guests to help themselves to everything and go back for more! (Bonus, it was all delicious!)

• Just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything on Saturday. The food was absolutely out of this world. Thank you. My friends and family thoroughly enjoyed everything about the Club. It's so clean, modern and beautiful. Thank you to you and the bar staff for all your hard work all night. It was fantastic.
